We would like to thank the owners and installers of ES Roof, we could not be happier with the job, price and the service we received from them on our new roof, they were here when they said they would be and worked very hard and did a excellent clean up job, Benjamin was very professional and on time with our estimate and Mike and his crew were early, they showed up at 7:15 A.M. and worked until 6:30 P.M. We are very satisfied customers. We had hail damage to our house and garage roof. They came out and worked with our insurance and mortgage company. The mortgage company had us jump through a whole bunch of hoops and had a ton of paperwork to fill out, and they helped us get through with no hassle. Our roof looks fabulous. It is really well done, and they even painted the pipes black to match the shingles. They were very fast and professional, and Oleg came out to give us a walk around and even fixed some things during the walk around. They are great and very helpful when you are dealing with a mortgage company. |
I just found these guys through a web search and was thoroughly satisfied with the whole process. They quoted me an idea of what to expect for their service call, and never went over that. I had a home inspection done that indicated some holes in shingles and a boot cap that needed to be fixed and they handled all of that. Instead of just fixing one or two holes, they walked the entire roof and sealed anything they found, in addition to replacing the boot cap. Totally straightforward, quick, and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I found them through a web search, and I'm glad I hired them. I had hail damage, and they were speedy, thoughtful, detailed, and better priced than the competitors. I had a ton of hoops to jump through with my mortgage company because I claimed the damage through insurance, but ES Roof, were extremely helpful in dealing with the mortgage company. Do yourself a favor and hire ES Roof for your roofing needs. |
